Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and data scientists
Manage team performance, providing regular feedback
Own the implementation and delivery of the relevant items in the analytics roadmap
Oversee the development of ML data models and predictive analytics capabilities
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with fundraising teams

Requirements

6+ years working in analytics and data science
2+ years of experience recruiting, training, and supervising the development of team members
Strong technical background in SQL, Python or R
Deep understanding of statistical methods, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques
Familiarity with the architecture and infrastructure used by analytics teams (e.g., Databricks, dbt, PowerBI)
Proven experience leading analytical teams (minimum 3-5 years of people management)
Experience in fundraising analytics, donor intelligence, or customer analytics in subscription/membership-based organizations
Understanding of marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and donor lifecycle management
