• Technical customer support: Assist with questions and issues related to our products, record and manage user issues in the ticketing system, create solutions and perform analyses
• National and international on-site service: Provide direct customer service at client sites as well as remote support
• Project implementation: Participate in international customer projects, prepare airport and airspace data, execute customer-specific test procedures, and support project acceptance and training
• Software testing: Create and execute test cases and test plans, verify software builds, and perform regular functional tests
• Support for product demonstrations: Participate in trade shows and product demonstrations and assist with demo setup
