About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are the primary point of contact for 1st Level Support – assisting our customers with your calm, professional manner
Administration and maintenance of Windows server and client systems, including software
You administer Active Directory and Azure Active Directory with confidence
You independently manage customer projects – structured and solution-oriented
Collaboration with service providers and the internal team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist) or equivalent professional experience
Solid knowledge of Windows environments
Experience with networking, firewalls, Office 365, and Azure
Very good understanding of overarching IT concepts and how systems interact
Driving license (Class B)
Good German language skills (minimum C1)
