About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintenance, administration and continuous development of our IT infrastructure (servers, networks and clients)
Ensuring smooth, trouble-free IT operations
Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software
Troubleshooting and resolution of incidents in 1st and 2nd level support
Participation in exciting IT projects and digitalization initiatives
Testing, evaluating and introducing new tools and systems – especially in the e-commerce environment
Support in the implementation and further development of marketing tools (e.g., newsletter systems)
Close cooperation with internal departments and external IT service providers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in IT, e.g., as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in system administration, ideally in a Windows environment
Good knowledge of network technologies and IT security
Strong service- and customer-oriented approach
Independent, structured and responsible working style
Team player with strong communication skills and a passion for developing solutions collaboratively
