About the role

  • Take ownership of complex product delivery, providing leadership and expertise across squads
  • Own and manage one or more product backlogs, setting clear vision and priorities
  • Lead analysis across problem definition, solution design and delivery
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for products, platforms and processes
  • Use insight to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic recommendations
  • Mentor and support Associate and Product Analysts

Requirements

  • Significant experience delivering complex digital products or change initiatives
  • Strong expertise in product analysis, change methodologies and agile delivery
  • Experience working across a range of products for both internal and external customers
  • Strong bias to action, taking ownership to ensure the right outcomes are delivered
  • Proven ability to own and lead delivery across multiple initiatives or product areas
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across teams and locations
  • Experience writing high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Deep understanding of technical systems, platforms and dependencies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior audiences
  • Strong prioritisation, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to independently seek out information to support team goals
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
  • Experience working in regulated environments (Desirable)
  • Strong market, competitor and industry awareness (Desirable)
  • Experience influencing product strategy or operating models (Desirable)
  • Advanced use of data and insight to inform strategic decisions (Desirable)
