About the role

  • Answer calls and customer inquiries in the Specialist Contact Centre based in Manchester City Centre
  • Take personal ownership of each customer interaction and understand customers' unique situations
  • Provide efficient, professional, consultative support for Trading, Stocks & Shares ISAs and SIPP accounts
  • Build relationships with customers and resolve increasingly complex queries
  • Work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday on a varied rotational shift pattern with occasional evening shifts after training
  • Successful candidate to start on Monday 3rd November 2025

Requirements

  • Experience in a contact centre environment
  • Dedication, motivation, drive and passion for assisting customers
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to build rapport across channels
  • Proficient IT skills and ability to navigate a broad range of internal systems
  • Confidence working independently and escalating issues appropriately
  • Ability to multitask and process information while speaking to customers
  • Team player who supports colleagues and promotes a positive work environment
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and development
  • Ability to provide the best service via phone, written channels and social media
  • Ability to provide customer information, manage customer access, respond to enquiries and handle complaints
  • Experience working in an FCA regulated business and understanding regulatory requirements (desirable)
  • Experience of Consumer Duty Outcomes (desirable)
  • Knowledge of investment and pension products or previous Financial Services/Customer Services experience (desirable)
