About the role
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Solutions Engineering team that serves as the technical bridge between sales and product.
- Drive revenue by ensuring the technical win, optimizing the demo-to-close process, and aligning Interact’s software capabilities with the complex business challenges of Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3+ years of demonstrable success in managing and leading a Solutions Engineering or Pre-sales team.
- Proven track record in software or technology sales environments, specifically navigating the mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Comprehensive understanding of complex B2B sales cycles, with the ability to guide a team through extended technical engagements.
- Proven ability to manage a team toward exceeding technical win rates and supporting overall quota attainment.
- Exceptional experience delivering compelling technical demonstrations and value propositions to C-level executives.
- Highly organized and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability for managing team activities and technical resources.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment, demonstrating a dynamic and flexible approach to leadership.
