About the role
- Design and deliver engaging workshops on Microsoft 365 Copilot and other Microsoft solutions to diverse audiences
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of M365 Copilot and other Microsoft solutions
- Develop and implement comprehensive user adoption strategies tailored to client needs
- Assess client information management and storage tools, and recommend and implement solutions based on Microsoft 365
- Create and maintain documentation related to Microsoft solution configurations, training materials, and change management plans
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading business analysis and requirement gathering processes; experience in project management fundamentals and tools will be useful in this role
- Experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot
- 2+ years of experience working with SharePoint/Teams structure and content management
- 2+ years of experience managing and working with data structures and information management
- Comfortable and excited at the responsibilities of creating and presenting workshops and training sessions to diverse groups; this will require excellent ability to communicate in writing and verbally on video calls or webinars to both technical and non-technical audiences, as this is a client-facing role that heavily interfaces with people
- 1+ year of experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in creating and driving change management and user adoption strategies
- Ability to pass a background check
- Beneficial, but not Required: 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with Copilot Studio and Agent Builder
- Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 tools and services
- Prosci Change Management Certification is a plus
- Prior consulting experience is also useful, but not required
- Ability to self-guide to solve problems while maintaining attention to detail
