• Design and deliver engaging workshops on Microsoft 365 Copilot and other Microsoft solutions to diverse audiences
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of M365 Copilot and other Microsoft solutions
• Develop and implement comprehensive user adoption strategies tailored to client needs
• Assess client information management and storage tools, and recommend and implement solutions based on Microsoft 365
• Create and maintain documentation related to Microsoft solution configurations, training materials, and change management plans
• Report to the Employee Productivity and Engagement Practice Lead and support client initiatives across the entire Microsoft stack with core focus on M365 Productivity and Copilot engagements
