Technical Project Manager

• Simultaneously lead multiple small/medium or large-scale projects
• Centered around M&A Integrations and Migrations or deploying Microsoft Office 365 technologies
• Conduct project kick-off and close-out meetings
• Create and maintain project-related documentation
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and timelines to ensure on-time delivery
• Provide day-to-day project coordination, drive execution, and own progress reporting for projects
• Perform project-related risk and change management
• Articulate project goals and roadmaps to clients
• Manage relationships with the client and stakeholders
• Assist with project and resource scheduling
• Review of project engineer time entries to ensure billing accuracy
• Project change order management & coordination with internal account managers
