Customer Success Manager

• Lead onboarding and successful implementation for new accounts
• Monitor account health and proactively address areas of concern or churn risk
• Develop tailored success plans to help customers reach their goals and maximize value
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Facilitate regular strategic business reviews and adoption check-ins
• Promote platform adoption, license utilization, and identify upsell opportunities
• Act as the voice of the customer internally—sharing feedback with product and engineering
• Support renewal conversations in collaboration with the Renewals Manager and AEs
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer activity using Salesforce or other CRM tools
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and support teams to ensure customer success

Platform Engineer

• Shape the backbone of infrastructure and engineering systems; work closely with cross-functional engineering partners to evolve the core platform and improve the development experience
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions to support the growing platform and customer base
• Collaborate with software engineers to optimize application performance and reliability
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure proactive identification and resolution of issues
• Automate deployment processes and streamline infrastructure management using modern DevOps and SRE tools and methodologies
• Evolve backend architecture/infrastructure for cloud-based deployments
• Write and troubleshoot code in Java, Python, and Node.js as needed to support platform services and integrations
• Contribute directly to product performance, scalability, and innovation

Senior Platform Engineer

Account Executive

• Work closely with partner team and partners to maximize revenue from partner ecosystem
• Manage partner referrals & resell opportunities, driving deals from discovery through close and customer expansion
• Run excellent discovery and engaging product demos that blend technical depth with business value storytelling
• Manage sales cycles typically 30-60 days and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets
• Maintain accurate pipeline updates and forecasting in the CRM
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, customers and prospects, identifying needs and matching solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales and partner processes and best practices
• Strong execution of hands-on day-to-day work (web meetings, calls, emails, outbound campaigns, follow-up, social media) to grow pipeline & deliver on sales objectives
