About the role
- Coordinate and book all travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport, visas) for team, locally and internationally
- Negotiate with travel vendors to secure competitive rates and ensure compliance with company policy
- Maintain detailed travel records and ensure bookings align with company policy
- Assist with preparation and filing of company registration documents and company secretarial support
- Maintain accurate records of company licenses, certifications, and important documents
- Act as central point for logging and flagging guest complaints received by food delivery team
- Ensure complaints are tracked and directed to relevant teams for resolution
- Serve as key point of contact at the Base Station supporting restaurant teams and central operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Comfortable using travel booking platforms
- Experience coordinating and booking travel (flights, hotels, transport, visas) locally and internationally

- Available to work Day Shift (HK Timezone) and attend 2 to 4 weeks of onsite onboarding
