Executive Assistant

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing leads.
• Introduce and explain the company's products and services.
• Build rapport with potential clients and gather relevant information.
• Follow up with current, inactive, and previous leads to nurture opportunities.
• Identify client needs, goals, and project requirements.
• Determine whether the lead currently owns land.
• Identify the preferred location where the client intends to build.
• Assess the client's intended timeline for building or moving into their new home.
• Gather information regarding the client's borrowing capacity and financing status.
• Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and qualification details within the CRM.
• Send relevant information, brochures, and available house and land packages to prospective clients.
• Assist in creating and preparing house and land package proposals.
• Coordinate and liaise with land agents, developers, and other stakeholders as required.
• Schedule appointments and maintain follow-up activities to support the sales pipeline.
• Ensure all client information is accurately documented and updated.
