About the role
- Manage and grow social media channels for clients (Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms)
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality social media content
- Design professional graphics and visuals using Canva to support client campaigns and branding
- Maintain and optimize social media profiles to strengthen brand presence
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Instagram
- Conduct market research to support ad targeting and campaign strategy
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to drive growth and optimize results
- Organize and track marketing initiatives using Trello boards
- Use ChatGPT and similar tools for content creation and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate closely with the company owner to align marketing with client objectives
- Assume responsibilities currently managed by the company owner, ensuring professional quality and scalable processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Strong proficiency in Canva with proven design skills
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta/Instagram ads
- Demonstrated success managing content calendars and multiple client accounts
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello preferred
- Experience using ChatGPT/AI tools for content creation and workflow efficiency
- Willingness to attend onsite onboarding in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City and work night shifts following U.S. time zones
