About the role
- Process high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
- Manage vendor accounts, including reconciliations and payment schedules.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions and assist with month-end closing.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based finance and operations teams.
- Generate AP reports as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably supporting U.S. based clients.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable.
- Experience with ViewPoint is required.
- Experience in Construction Industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of general accounting and financial principles.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Amenable to work on night shift (U.S. business hours).
- Willing to work onsite or hybrid setup in Eastwood, Quezon City.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently.
