About the role
- Support Intel's IDM 2.0 ERP transformation and End-to-End Supply Chain Data Solutions org Sourcing and Production Operations team
- Drive the development of business processes-related solutions for internal clients and business units
- Define needs, determine strategy and plan delivery for projects that modify or create new internal processes/functions
- Analyze business needs and design business process flows in collaboration with stakeholders (process diagrams, flowcharts, functional specifications, use cases, user stories)
- Validate feasibility, conduct design due diligence, and evaluate business value and risks
- Drive end-to-end business process testing, validation and sign off for complex implementations
- Provide technical advice on industry standards, design, functionality, UI specifications and configuration parameters related to supporting technologies and services
- Participate in training/adoption, business process change monitoring/management and reporting/analytics activities
- Establish KPIs, scorecards and dashboards aligned with business plans and objectives
- Work directly with subject matter experts, vendors and partner organizations to deliver project milestones (requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, documentation, training)
- Use requirements definition and learnings to represent and recommend on behalf of the subject matter expert within project focus
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field OR 5+years of relevant supply chain experience, business analyst, project management and/or ramp management
- This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship
- Designing and deploying solutions for Supply Chain Execution in semiconductor manufacturing (preferred)
- Exposure to SAP S/4, SAP EWM, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP S/4 MDG, and any related software solutions (preferred)
- High levels of successful executive collaboration with both business and technical partners across enterprise functions (preferred)
- Experience with waterfall and agile development methodologies (preferred)
- Experience with creating business process flows/SIPOCs (preferred)
- Knowledge of Lean principles (Lean/Six Sigma Certifications a plus) (preferred)
- Advanced education or ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management) or equivalent certification in Supply Chain Management (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and exceptional analytics skills
- Willingness to work in a diverse, dynamic, cross-functional team with stakeholder management skills
