Support Intel's IDM 2.0 ERP transformation and End-to-End Supply Chain Data Solutions org Sourcing and Production Operations team
Drive the development of business processes-related solutions for internal clients and business units
Define needs, determine strategy and plan delivery for projects that modify or create new internal processes/functions
Analyze business needs and design business process flows in collaboration with stakeholders (process diagrams, flowcharts, functional specifications, use cases, user stories)
Validate feasibility, conduct design due diligence, and evaluate business value and risks
Drive end-to-end business process testing, validation and sign off for complex implementations
Provide technical advice on industry standards, design, functionality, UI specifications and configuration parameters related to supporting technologies and services
Participate in training/adoption, business process change monitoring/management and reporting/analytics activities
Establish KPIs, scorecards and dashboards aligned with business plans and objectives
Work directly with subject matter experts, vendors and partner organizations to deliver project milestones (requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, documentation, training)
Use requirements definition and learnings to represent and recommend on behalf of the subject matter expert within project focus
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field OR 5+years of relevant supply chain experience, business analyst, project management and/or ramp management

Designing and deploying solutions for Supply Chain Execution in semiconductor manufacturing (preferred)
Exposure to SAP S/4, SAP EWM, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP S/4 MDG, and any related software solutions (preferred)
High levels of successful executive collaboration with both business and technical partners across enterprise functions (preferred)
Experience with waterfall and agile development methodologies (preferred)
Experience with creating business process flows/SIPOCs (preferred)
Knowledge of Lean principles (Lean/Six Sigma Certifications a plus) (preferred)
Advanced education or ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management) or equivalent certification in Supply Chain Management (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication, influencing and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and exceptional analytics skills
Willingness to work in a diverse, dynamic, cross-functional team with stakeholder management skills
