Define and execute a global roadmap for rebate process and tool standardization
Identify deal structures and payment practices that conflict with standards or tools
Lead, mentor, and develop process leads and subject matter experts
Provide project oversight for large-scale transitions
Represent the Global Rebate Accounting Standard Practices (GRASP) organization in governance forums
Drive alignment across stakeholders and optimize controls, reporting, and analytics

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or rebate management
3+ years in a managerial or people lead role
Preferred: Master's or MBA
Preferred: Intel pricing experience
Proficiency in SOX compliance, US GAAP, and rebate accounting standards
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and financial reporting tools
Experience leading global, cross-functional process or systems transformations
