About the role
- Partnering with domain experts to develop high-quality memory technology collaterals
- Conducting memory pathfinding activities and PPA optimization
- Designing memory bit-cell and complex periphery IC layout
- Involved in memory array/IP design, memory circuit innovation, and test-chip design
- Engaging in pre-Si verification and post-Si validation
Requirements
- Master's degree OR Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, including 2 years of professional experience
- Experience with CMOS ASIC design flow
- Custom digital circuit design, simulation, layout design, and verification
- Experience with EDA tools used for analog, digital and mixed-signal circuit design
- Post-Si validation experience
