About the role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Full Life Cycle Recruiter with FPGA business acumen to join our team.
  • The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our growing FPGA business.
  • This individual will work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions tailored to FPGA-related roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates with FPGA industry expertise for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience as a full life cycle recruiter, preferably in a technology-focused industry.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, employer branding techniques, and FPGA business requirements.
  • Familiarity with CRM's, applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferably Workday and HR databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experience recruiting for FPGA-related roles or within the semiconductor industry.
  • Certification in HR or Recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS certification).
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
