About the role
- Join Altera as a Sales Account Manager managing sales budget targets
- Grow existing business within assigned accounts and uncover new business
- Drive all sales activities including demand creation, opportunity development, forecasting
- Manage issue resolution through collaboration with marketing, operations, applications engineering, and other supporting roles
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technology field.
- 5+ years experience in technical sales
- Experience with FPGA/SoC or ASIC design
- Experience with programmable logic or other specialized compute engines (microprocessors, GPU, CPU, etc.)
- Experience working with major tech distributor(s) (e.g. Arrow Electronics, Macnica)
- Experience working with tech design firm(s)
- Experience navigating and maintaining a CRM tool like Salesforce
