Mission: Drive new business growth and expand relationships within a select portfolio of top-tier pharmaceutical accounts
Sell enterprise cloud-based technology platforms and lead complex sales cycles with C-suite engagement
Lead business development and sales execution for assigned strategic big pharma accounts; drive net-new revenue and expand existing relationships
Develop and execute account plans, stakeholder mapping, opportunity targeting, and competitive positioning
Build compelling business cases and articulate the value proposition for IntegriChain’s ICyte platform
Lead prospecting and pipeline generation; responsible for sales forecasting for the assigned territory
Respond to RFPs, develop and submit proposals and Statements of Work
Manage end-to-end renewal process, drive customer retention (92% target) and run Executive Business Reviews
Collaborate with Solutions, Product Management, Marketing, and Pricing to align strategy and content
Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting within Salesforce and achieve quarterly/annual new business quota
Requirements
15+ years of experience in pharma sales, with subject matter expertise in product launch, commercialization, contracting and pricing, trade and market access, regulatory compliance, gross to net, and channel/distribution
Experience managing a small sales portfolio of high-value accounts while driving new business and expansion opportunities
Proven track record of selling and renewing into large pharmaceutical accounts and managing complex sales cycles with C-suite engagement
Ability to sell emerging technology platforms into large pharma accounts while driving ARR per client in the $5M to $10M per year range
Exceptional ability to identify compelling market value and associated market problems by listening to customers, SMEs, ecosystem partners, and analysts
Exceptional customer relationship management skills with a proven record of developing trusted partnerships with senior customer executives
A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus
