About the role

  • Mission: Drive new business growth and expand relationships within a select portfolio of top-tier pharmaceutical accounts
  • Sell enterprise cloud-based technology platforms and lead complex sales cycles with C-suite engagement
  • Lead business development and sales execution for assigned strategic big pharma accounts; drive net-new revenue and expand existing relationships
  • Develop and execute account plans, stakeholder mapping, opportunity targeting, and competitive positioning
  • Build compelling business cases and articulate the value proposition for IntegriChain’s ICyte platform
  • Lead prospecting and pipeline generation; responsible for sales forecasting for the assigned territory
  • Respond to RFPs, develop and submit proposals and Statements of Work
  • Manage end-to-end renewal process, drive customer retention (92% target) and run Executive Business Reviews
  • Collaborate with Solutions, Product Management, Marketing, and Pricing to align strategy and content
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting within Salesforce and achieve quarterly/annual new business quota

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in pharma sales, with subject matter expertise in product launch, commercialization, contracting and pricing, trade and market access, regulatory compliance, gross to net, and channel/distribution
  • Experience managing a small sales portfolio of high-value accounts while driving new business and expansion opportunities
  • Proven track record of selling and renewing into large pharmaceutical accounts and managing complex sales cycles with C-suite engagement
  • Ability to sell emerging technology platforms into large pharma accounts while driving ARR per client in the $5M to $10M per year range
  • Exceptional ability to identify compelling market value and associated market problems by listening to customers, SMEs, ecosystem partners, and analysts
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills with a proven record of developing trusted partnerships with senior customer executives
  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus
