• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day account needs and inquiries

Account Manager, Sales

Product Analyst

• Conduct user story and business requirement gathering through stakeholder interviews, document analysis, use cases, and process workflows.
• Analyze product feature requests and enhancements; consult with stakeholders to align on feasibility and business value.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for agile teams.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure a shared understanding of deliverables.
• Perform white-glove testing for stories and collaborate with QA to define test conditions and validate output.

• Manage client activities, tracking systems, and staff responsible for client support to ensure client programs meet or exceed expectations, enabling successful utilization.
• Work with key internal and external stakeholders to support the utilization of data aggregation solutions with a business focus.
• Serve as the customer's key point of contact, lending subject matter expertise to address key questions, and when needed, acting as liaison between client and internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of questions and mutual alignment on solutions.

• Assist in advising clients on government pricing strategy and compliance across Medicaid, FSS, 340B, and Medicare programs
• Support analysis and documentation of calculation methodologies (AMP, BP, URA, ASP, Non-FAMP, FCP) and contract requirements

Support Engineer

• Lead and manage the full Technical Support team, including workload assignment and mentorship
• Act as escalation point for complex and unresolved application issues and participate in troubleshooting and debugging
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries within defined SLAs and maintain Support Knowledge Base
