Operations

• Maintain, update and manage multiple internal spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Assist in procuring practice supplies and equipment, managing the process from placing the orders through coordination of shipping and receiving
• Provide support pertaining to vendors, corporate insurance, business/occupational licenses, etc. of company entities
• Perform necessary research related to vendor accounts, business licenses, various tax accounts, dba filings, etc. that need to be transferred or opened and to assist in the application process
• Participate in various ad hoc projects to further support the Operations Support team
• Provide general administrative support for regional vice presidents of operations and support team
• Ability to attend, support, and contribute in multiple virtual meetings a day with a team or independently

Operations Support Coordinator

Growth Marketing

• Own a local territory in Florida (city → multi city) and drive locally to senior communities
• Spend roughly 50% of time face-to-face in senior communities and 50% on planning, prospecting, and CRM updates
• Win new community partners: research prospects, cold call, walk the halls, and pitch decision makers until contracts and clinic dates are scheduled
• Host skin cancer awareness talks and health fair sessions to drive resident sign-ups
• Coordinate with dermatology providers to ensure seamless care delivery, full calendars, and no surprises
• Track metrics: new facility agreements, resident sign-ups, presentation counts, growth vs. target, and prepare monthly reports for leadership

Outreach and Growth Coordinator – Healthcare Services

• Work closely with regional and practice leadership to drive optimal clinical operations, excellent patient satisfaction, best practices and strategic growth initiatives.
• Plan and execute ongoing strategic initiatives and planning for all practices.
• Partner with business integration team to onboard new practices, grow existing practices and add service lines.
• Work with and assist the marketing team to ensure practices have market presence, proper branding and the opportunity to increase patient volume.
• Monitor practice performance; review and approve monthly financials.
• Work with the CFO in the preparation, review and approval of annual budgets.
• Evaluate practice productivity and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
