Maintain, update and manage multiple internal spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and reliability
Assist in procuring practice supplies and equipment, managing the process from placing the orders through coordination of shipping and receiving
Provide support pertaining to vendors, corporate insurance, business/occupational licenses, etc. of company entities
Perform necessary research related to vendor accounts, business licenses, various tax accounts, dba filings, etc. that need to be transferred or opened and to assist in the application process
Participate in various ad hoc projects to further support the Operations Support team
Provide general administrative support for regional vice presidents of operations and support team
Ability to attend, support, and contribute in multiple virtual meetings a day with a team or independently
Requirements
Prior administrative experience, supporting a team to keep them organized and efficient
Healthcare/Practice Management experience a major plus
General knowledge of business insurance a plus
Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, Planner, Teams - (especially in Excel)
