About the role
- Lead day-to-day IT operations including helpdesk services, endpoint support, and user service delivery.
- Manage and enforce centralized intake and prioritization for IT requests.
- Lead and develop IT support staff while improving response times and service quality.
- Serve as the operational escalation point for IT issues.
- Improve operational processes, documentation, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- IT service management or operations certifications such as ITIL or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Experience leading IT support or IT operations teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and endpoint management platforms such as Intune.
- Experience with IT service management tools such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in environments with competing demands.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
