Adheres to Integer’s Values and safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including QMS, FDA regulations and company policies
Ensure the revenue cycle is in full compliance with SOX requirements
Develop and implement policies and procedures for revenue and revenue-related transactions ensuring appropriate application of U.S. GAAP
Review and analyze all customer contracts to ensure appropriate application of U.S. GAAP, specifically ASC 606
Manage and oversee daily responsibilities of assigned staff, including analysis of engineering revenue transactions, calculation of rebates/price concessions, royalty payments, cut-off procedures, and recognition of over time production revenue
Review and approve calculations, journal entries, and general ledger account reconciliations for accuracy and timely completion within monthly period-end close deadlines
Collaborate with Customer Success, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Legal, Sales and other leaders on unique revenue transactions and provide guidance on negotiations
Prepare and present revenue and revenue-related internal reports to senior finance and accounting leadership
Review revenue and revenue-related disclosures for the Company’s SEC filings
Research and analyze general ledger accounts and prepare various accounting reports, schedules and analyses
Remain current on changes in technical accounting guidance, provide training and implement policy changes as needed
Lead revenue-related integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions and align acquiree with Integer policies
Hire, train, discipline, appraise direct reports, approve PTO and foster continuous improvement and best practices
Provide guidance and participate in implementation of new technologies impacting revenue transactions
Perform other duties as required
Requirements
BS Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
4+ years experience in public accounting OR 7+ years accounting experience required
