Serve as strategic point of contact for business area of focus; ensure strong, productive business relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Gain deep understanding of business process domains and objectives; partner to create and drive a prioritized roadmap for technology solutions.
Provide updates to technology plans and multi-year roadmaps; lead presentations to leaders on initiatives, delivery to roadmap, systems performance and new concepts.
Collaborate with corporate development and business leaders to support M&A due diligence and post-merger integration planning.
Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide infrastructure including data centers, networks, servers, storage, and cloud platforms.
Lead and mentor central and regional infrastructure and support teams across multiple geographies; build a strong, diverse IT team.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and services; establish and enforce global standards, policies, and procedures for IT operations and support.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, and analytics; define and track KPIs for service quality and operational efficiency.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts; lead governance and performance reviews with MSPs ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and business outcomes are met.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, applications, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and risk mitigation; lead incident response and disaster recovery planning and execution.
Direct solutions analysis, feasibility studies, project scoping and planning; balance competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources and risk.
Develop and manage area budget following Finance and IT department guidelines; foster continuous learning and positive culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems or business administration.
10+ years IT experience within a comparably sized or larger multi-national company is required.
7+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and support, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
Proven experience managing large-scale IT operations across multiple regions.
