About the role
- Lead and manage the High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) program under the Missile Warning and Tracking (MWT) Operations Support II contract
- Manage HEMP program workflow, taskers, and sustainment efforts
- Prepare, maintain, and present program documentation, briefings, and reports for Mission Delta 4 leadership and DoD stakeholders
- Coordinate HEMP leadership meetings, establish priorities, and document action items
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and reporting of HEMP Hardness Critical Items/Assemblies (HCIs/HCAs)
- Submit HEMP-related maintenance requests in SIPR, CKNet, and CCAS systems
- Maintain spare and test equipment associated with Mission Delta 4 HEMP assets
- Provide technical input on RF/electromagnetic system performance and resilience
- Review and draft policy recommendations for DoD and USSF HEMP regulations
- Support Technical Order reviews and standardization of HEMP program operations
- Ensure program compliance with regulations and resilience of mission-critical assets
- Coordinate with DoD customers and stakeholders to meet program objectives
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen
- Location: Buckley SFB, CO; Beale AFB, CA
- Active TS/SCI clearance (Top Secret/SCI)
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting HEMP programs
- Familiarity with DoD HEMP regulations and Mission Delta 4 weapon systems
- Experience with SIPR, CKNet, and CCAS systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- HEMP program management and inspection tools experience
- Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Preferred: Advanced knowledge of RF engineering or electromagnetic hardening
- Preferred: Experience briefing senior DoD or USSF leadership
