About the role
- Provide technical leadership guiding the application and advancement of critical intelligence disciplines such as Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), and Foreign Materiel Exploitation (FME)
- Provide expert-level oversight of program and functional managers across a broad portfolio of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) and Information Technology (IT) programs
- Consult on program execution including multiple agency partnering, opportunity assessments, resource allocations, and risk identification on technical and developmental issues
- Direct and evaluate cost, schedule, and performance of complex technical efforts
- Solicit operational/technical requirements, prepare supporting documentation including statements of work, and submit for approval/processing
- Track status of various acquisitions from submission through award and support contract administration including management of contract deliverables and tracking obligations/expenditures
- Interface with external agencies to facilitate collaboration, data and product sharing and integration of intelligence
- Facilitate technical exchanges and implement processes for broader community awareness of Intelligence R&D efforts across the Air Force enterprise
- Develop and present briefings to executive and senior level customer personnel
Requirements
- Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
- Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) adjudication
- Education: Master's degree
- Years of Experience: 6 years of experience supporting DoD and/or Intelligence Community (IC) technical project management activities
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with ISR and intelligence disciplines
- Effective, efficient written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction
- Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
- Location requirement: On-site at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), OH
