Provide technical leadership guiding the application and advancement of critical intelligence disciplines such as Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), and Foreign Materiel Exploitation (FME)
Provide expert-level oversight of program and functional managers across a broad portfolio of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) and Information Technology (IT) programs
Consult on program execution including multiple agency partnering, opportunity assessments, resource allocations, and risk identification on technical and developmental issues
Direct and evaluate cost, schedule, and performance of complex technical efforts
Solicit operational/technical requirements, prepare supporting documentation including statements of work, and submit for approval/processing
Track status of various acquisitions from submission through award and support contract administration including management of contract deliverables and tracking obligations/expenditures
Interface with external agencies to facilitate collaboration, data and product sharing and integration of intelligence
Facilitate technical exchanges and implement processes for broader community awareness of Intelligence R&D efforts across the Air Force enterprise
Develop and present briefings to executive and senior level customer personnel
Requirements
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) adjudication
Education: Master's degree
Years of Experience: 6 years of experience supporting DoD and/or Intelligence Community (IC) technical project management activities
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
Familiarity with ISR and intelligence disciplines
Effective, efficient written and oral communication skills
Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction
Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
