About the role
- Oversee and expand a dedicated portfolio, focusing on client retention and driving the adoption of Intapp solutions.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors at client firms.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that translate opportunities into measurable growth.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and conduct regular check-ins to align on outcomes and next steps.
- Assess client health using quantitative and qualitative metrics, acting proactively to mitigate issues.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client experiences and operational enhancements.
- Provide insights on capital markets trends and articulate how Intapp addresses these challenges.
- Plan and execute targeted client outreach initiatives and events.
- Lead team-level initiatives aimed at improving processes and driving results.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Account Management within SaaS, technology, or subscription-based businesses.
- Proven ability to grow and retain executive-level relationships.
- Familiarity with private equity and financial services markets.
- Demonstrated success in closing expansion deals and driving renewal growth at the executive level.
- A strategic thinker who identifies opportunities, crafts executable plans, and delivers results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to ownership and timely follow-through.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel and present to clients as necessary.
