About the role

  • Oversee and expand a dedicated portfolio, focusing on client retention and driving the adoption of Intapp solutions.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors at client firms.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that translate opportunities into measurable growth.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and conduct regular check-ins to align on outcomes and next steps.

  • Lead team-level initiatives aimed at improving processes and driving results.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Account Management within SaaS, technology, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Proven ability to grow and retain executive-level relationships.
  • Familiarity with private equity and financial services markets.
  • Demonstrated success in closing expansion deals and driving renewal growth at the executive level.
  • A strategic thinker who identifies opportunities, crafts executable plans, and delivers results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to ownership and timely follow-through.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel and present to clients as necessary.
