About the role

  • Manage and expand a dedicated portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention and net-new adoption of Intapp solutions.
  • Build and deepen relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors at client firms.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that convert opportunity into measurable expansion.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and regular client check-ins to align on outcomes and next steps.
  • Monitor client health using quantitative and qualitative signals and act proactively to remove friction.
  • Partner across Sales, Product, Services, and Customer Success to deliver seamless client experiences and scalable operational improvements.
  • Provide thought leadership on capital markets trends and how Intapp addresses them.
  • Plan and run targeted client outreach programs and events.
  • Own and execute team-level initiatives that improve processes and drive results.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Account Management at SaaS, technology, or subscription businesses.
  • Familiarity with private equity / financial services markets.
  • Proven track record closing expansion deals or driving renewal expansion at the executive level.
  • Strategic thinker who identifies opportunities, builds executable plans, and delivers results.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a bias for ownership and timely follow-through.
  • CRM experience.
  • Willingness to travel and present to clients as needed.
