About the role

  • Manage a dedicated book of accounts, focusing on retention and growing Intapp's footprint.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with senior leaders of client firms.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to capitalize on large expansion opportunities.
  • Drive the process of quarterly business reviews and check-in points with key clients.
  • Proactively monitor client health through quantitative and qualitative means.
  • Contribute to cross-functional programs across the firm to improve operations and efficiencies.
  • Provide thought leadership on capital markets industry and solutions.
  • Plan client outreach initiatives and events.
  • Develop and execute on team-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Account Management experience in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based organizations.
  • Established track record for supporting and growing client relationships, including senior level.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to proactively identify opportunities, document a plan to pursue and execute.
  • Ability to create an operations plan and processes that will scale.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to achieve set goals and deadlines.
  • Good understanding of Excel, financial modeling, and financial reporting.
  • Must be strategic and analytical with proven experience implementing new policies and processes that scale.
  • Desire to take ownership of all clients’ issues and concerns, deliver great client service and communicate timely and effectively.
  • Must have experience in closing sales deals or managing relationships at the executive level.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of the private equity and financial services market preferred.
  • Ability to travel and present to clients, as required.
