About the role

  • Lead Strategic Enterprise Engagements for enterprise clients.
  • Conduct advanced analysis of client operations and data ecosystems.
  • Operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Technical Leads to produce clear documentation.
  • Deliver customized training sessions to client teams.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and apply scalable design frameworks.
  • Lead QA efforts to validate solution integrity.
  • Analyze legacy data sets to inform system architecture.
  • Proactive management of client escalations.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities by shaping solution scope.
  • Collaborate with peers to elevate delivery quality and share expertise.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in client-facing, project-based software implementation.
  • 3–5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or related financial services.
  • Familiarity with DealCloud platform best practices and enterprise SaaS implementation methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and data architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; adept at leading client workshops and internal collaboration.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience supporting team development and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Passion for continuous learning and innovation in technology and industry trends.
  • Self-directed and proactive with a commitment to excellence and client success.
  • Master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with SQL or relational database concepts preferred.
