About the role
- Manage customer support requests and provide timely and accurate responses
- Create, prioritize, track, and update customer issues/features in Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Provide training to first/second-line support staff from customer or partner organizations
- Participate in ongoing rota to provide cover for our EMEA customers
- Provide IT systems support for Collaboration and Content staff
- Create and maintain documentation, including near-real-time updates to the Collaboration and Content Knowledge Base
Requirements
- Experience providing technical support and solving issues
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technology stack
- Knowledge of IT systems administration tools and best practices
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience using a Service Desk platform
