About the role
- Provide coaching and professional human resources advice to specific business groups
- Participate in management committees of designated groups
- Conduct analyses and recommend strategies and potential solutions to human resources management problems
- Lead and/or participate in strategic national projects
- Collaborate with managers on succession planning
- Contribute to the improvement of HR processes
Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or generalist in human resources in a non-unionized environment
- CHRP and/or CHRL designation
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Bilingualism (French and English) in both oral and written communication
- No Canadian work experience required, however must be eligible to work in Canada
