About the role
- Lead studio planning and end-to-end management of creative projects, including scoping, approvals, and resourcing across internal teams and external partners.
- Optimize how the creative team works by establishing processes, tools, and documentation that enhance efficiency.
- Oversee production execution for digital and brand initiatives, including social media campaigns, brand campaigns and updates, and sponsorship activations.
- Advance the Brand Studio’s core capabilities: digital expertise, Branding Guidelines, AI, and 360° advertising.
- Partner closely with brand teams to translate briefs into actionable plans and align stakeholders across channels.
- Own detailed schedules, logistics, and post-production workflows (e.g., animation, graphic adaptations, photo retouching, AI-assisted production).
- Ensure compliance with legal and copyright requirements; collaborate with Legal as needed.
- Proactively solve problems and propose creative and technical solutions that balance ambition with budget.
- Champion creativity and innovation within Intact, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Maintain rigorous documentation from brief through archiving, including estimates, approvals, and final invoicing (where applicable).
Requirements
- 5–7 years of production experience in a creative studio, agency, or in-house team.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel creative projects including social, digital, brand guidelines, experiential) with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills: scoping, resourcing, schedules, budgets, and vendor management.
- Working knowledge of post-production workflows and file specs; comfortable collaborating with designers, motion artists, and editors.
- Familiarity with rights management, usage, and legal/compliance in advertising and brand work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to synthesize feedback and keep teams aligned.
- Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a calm, organized approach under deadlines.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira or a similar project management tool.
- Experience with DAM systems and content operations.
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and emerging production workflows.
- (Nice to have) No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
- Bilingualism (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
