Lead our enterprise identity and access management using SailPoint IdentityIQ, integrated with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and a wide range of apps
Define and execute the identity core strategy and multi-year roadmap centered on SailPoint IIQ and integrations with AD/Entra ID and key business apps
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team; set clear objectives, career paths, and development plans
Champion least privilege, zero trust, and standardized identity lifecycle (joiner-mover-leaver) across the enterprise
Own the SailPoint IIQ platform lifecycle: architecture/design, deployment, configuration hardening, upgrades/patching, performance tuning, backup/DR, and HA
Implement and optimize identity lifecycle processes (JML), automated provisioning/deprovisioning, and access requests/approvals
Design and manage role-based and attribute-based access models (RBAC/ABAC), birthright access, SoD policies, and policy enforcement controls
Lead access certification campaigns, remediation workflows, and attestation evidence for audits
Develop connectors/integrations for AD/Entra ID, HRIS, ERP, CRM, ITSM, data platforms, and custom applications using SailPoint adapters and REST
Establish data quality standards for identity attributes; drive authoritative source alignment and identity correlation rules
Ensure robust integrations with AD and Entra ID: group/role synchronization, dynamic groups, conditional access, MFA/SSO alignment, and privileged identity handoffs to PAM

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; or equivalent experience
3+ years in IAM/IGA roles, with 1+ years managing teams and programs
2+ years hands-on with SailPoint IdentityIQ (design, development, configuration, operations) in enterprise environments
Strong expertise with SailPoint IIQ: workflows, provisioning policies, certifications, roles/entitlements, SoD, plugins, rules, and connectors
Proficiency in AD/Entra ID administration and integration; understanding of LDAP/Kerberos, group policy, conditional access, and MFA/SSO
Experience integrating IIQ with HR systems, major enterprise apps (ERP/CRM), custom apps via REST/SOAP/DB connectors, and ITSM (ServiceNow)
