Product Manager

• As Product Manager, you actively shape our software and bring structure, clarity and a user-centric focus to our product development.
• You work closely with development, support and executive management.
• You maintain and prioritize the product roadmap and align it with our objectives.
• You collect customer feedback and internal requirements, evaluate them and translate them into clear tickets and specifications.
• You have the ability to not only describe product ideas but also to present them visually.
• You create mockups and user flows to make concepts tangible.
• You act as the bridge between engineering, support and the business, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned.
• You conduct qualitative user interviews and analyze them to ensure we develop closely to customer needs.

• As Head of Product, you shape the future of our software and lead our team.
• Strategic planning: You take full responsibility for prioritizing the product roadmap and aligning it with our company objectives.
• Team leadership: You lead the development team and are actively responsible for its growth and professional development.
• Visualization & conceptualization: You can not only describe product ideas but also present them visually.
• Technical translation: You act as the interface to engineering and translating business requirements accurately into technical product specifications.
• User research: You conduct qualitative user interviews and analyze the findings to ensure we develop solutions that are closely aligned with customer needs.
