About the role
- As Head of Product, you shape the future of our software and lead our team.
- Strategic planning: You take full responsibility for prioritizing the product roadmap and aligning it with our company objectives.
- Team leadership: You lead the development team and are actively responsible for its growth and professional development.
- Visualization & conceptualization: You can not only describe product ideas but also present them visually.
- Technical translation: You act as the interface to engineering and translating business requirements accurately into technical product specifications.
- User research: You conduct qualitative user interviews and analyze the findings to ensure we develop solutions that are closely aligned with customer needs.
Requirements
- Leadership experience: Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a tech environment.
- Technical understanding: Ability to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate with developers on equal terms.
- Design affinity: Strong design sensibility and proficiency with common prototyping and design tools.
- Structured working style: Excellent at organizing knowledge and requirements (experience with modern documentation tools is required).
- Mindset: Responsible, results-oriented, and possessing a strong hands-on mentality.
- Advantage: Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
