About the role
- As Product Manager, you actively shape our software and bring structure, clarity and a user-centric focus to our product development.
- You work closely with development, support and executive management.
- You maintain and prioritize the product roadmap and align it with our objectives.
- You collect customer feedback and internal requirements, evaluate them and translate them into clear tickets and specifications.
- You have the ability to not only describe product ideas but also to present them visually.
- You create mockups and user flows to make concepts tangible.
- You act as the bridge between engineering, support and the business, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned.
- You conduct qualitative user interviews and analyze them to ensure we develop closely to customer needs.
Requirements
- Product management experience: You have prior experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable role.
- Technical understanding: You can quickly familiarize yourself with complex technical issues and communicate with developers on equal terms.
- Design affinity: You have a good eye for design and are confident using common prototyping and design tools.
- Structured working style: You excel at organizing knowledge and requirements (experience with modern documentation tools is expected).
- Mindset: You work responsibly, are results-oriented and have a strong hands-on mentality.
- Plus: Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
