About the role
- Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into HR strategies.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and identify workforce trends.
- Support performance management, goal setting, and development planning.
- Partner on succession planning and leadership development.
- Identify capability gaps and recommend development solutions.
- Coach managers on performance management, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.
- Support or conduct investigations and ensure fair, consistent outcomes.
- Promote a positive, compliant, and respectful work environment.
- Partner on compensation decisions, promotions, and role alignment.
- Support merit planning, market reviews, and internal equity analysis.
- Contribute to headcount planning and budget alignment.
- Support restructures, business transformations, and change management efforts.
- Drive engagement and culture initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and adoption of organizational changes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions.
- Promote consistent application of HR programs and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Typically 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic HR partnership.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience advising leaders and managing complex employee relations matters.
