About the role

  • Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into HR strategies.
  • Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making and identify workforce trends.
  • Support performance management, goal setting, and development planning.
  • Partner on succession planning and leadership development.
  • Identify capability gaps and recommend development solutions.
  • Coach managers on performance management, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.
  • Support or conduct investigations and ensure fair, consistent outcomes.
  • Promote a positive, compliant, and respectful work environment.
  • Partner on compensation decisions, promotions, and role alignment.
  • Support merit planning, market reviews, and internal equity analysis.
  • Contribute to headcount planning and budget alignment.
  • Support restructures, business transformations, and change management efforts.
  • Drive engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication and adoption of organizational changes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Promote consistent application of HR programs and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Typically 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic HR partnership.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience advising leaders and managing complex employee relations matters.
