About the role
- Administer the Salesforce CPQ platform, configuring key features such as Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Advanced Approvals, and customizing the Quote Line Editor.
- Maintain the product catalog, including adding and updating products, as well as managing bundles and options.
- Document all configurations, processes, and changes within the CPQ environment.
- Administer and configure the Docusign CLM platform, including system settings, integrations, and security profiles.
- Design, build, and maintain automated contract workflows, approval processes, and document generation templates.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the CLM system to ensure data security and compliance.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Docusign CLM functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments (Legal, Sales, Finance, and Procurement) to gather requirements and translate them into effective CLM solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for CPQ/CLM initiatives using Agile methodologies, covering solution design, sprint planning, release management, and post-deployment stabilization.
Requirements
- Minimum of **5 years’ experience** in Salesforce administration and architecture, including **at least 3 years focused on Salesforce CPQ implementation and support**.
- Hands-on experience with **DocuSign CLM administration**, including configuration, workflow design, and security management.
- Strong **technical support and end-user training** capabilities, particularly for DocuSign CLM functionality and best practices.
- Proven experience managing **complex, enterprise-level system integrations** and **end-to-end project lifecycles** using Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements from **Legal, Sales, Finance, and Procurement** into scalable technical solutions.
