Social Media Manager

• Personally write press materials, media pitches, blog content, and social copy built around customer and implementer stories
• Conduct customer interviews and turn them into authentic testimonials and short case studies
• Build relationships with local and regional publications — district newsletters, local news, education trade press, and community outlets
• Pitch and secure customer-centered stories, interviews, and podcast placements
• Proactively secure backlinks and website links back to Instructional Empowerment through guest posts, partner mentions, and district relationships
• Design and drive a social media advocacy strategy for customers and implementers
• Build and maintain a repeatable outreach pipeline, tracking placements, links, and relationships across every business unit
• Report quick-win results on a regular cadence and keep an organized, visible system of progress
• Partner closely with Product Marketing Managers and the Social Media Specialist

Proposal Manager

• Develop and manage proposals for new business opportunities, renewals, and RFx submissions.
• Create professional, accurate, and visually compelling proposal documents.
• Customize proposal content to address district-specific needs and priorities.
• Build and maintain a centralized library of proposal content, narratives, and reusable collateral.
• Ensure product messaging, research, and supporting evidence remain current and consistent.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop winning proposal responses.
• Become a subject matter expert on Instructional Empowerment's products, services, and instructional framework.
• Serve as the power user for proposal management tools and leverage AI to optimize proposal development.
• Track proposal status, version history, timelines, and key milestones.
• Develop proposal budgets aligned to approved scopes of work using CRM tools.
• Analyze proposal outcomes and provide insights to improve future win rates and processes.
• Coordinate follow-up activities and additional information requests throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Learning and Development

• Communicate and implement high quality teaching actions across a District
• Facilitate large professional development workshops with high accountability to participant learning outcomes
• Assist leaders in action planning and school improvement through data analysis
• Conduct onsite professional learning sessions and small group coaching/instructional rounds
• Provide virtual sessions and small group instruction on using the iObservation tool for data collection
