About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Communicate and implement high quality teaching actions across a District
Facilitate large professional development workshops with high accountability to participant learning outcomes
Assist leaders in action planning and school improvement through data analysis
Conduct onsite professional learning sessions and small group coaching/instructional rounds
Provide virtual sessions and small group instruction on using the iObservation tool for data collection

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a school/district administrator in a K-12 system
Deep knowledge of the Marzano Strategies (Preference for experience with the Marzano Evaluation System) with experience as an evaluator
Expertise as a professional development facilitator
Ability to work weekdays approximately 5+ days per month
Ability to travel overnight to school locations
