• Attend synchronous classes, supporting instructors and learners;
• Moderate the chat with active listening, filtering, organizing, and prioritizing questions without disrupting the flow of the class;
• Provide first-level technical support to learners, receiving requests and directing them appropriately;
• Establish and reinforce classroom conduct agreements with respectful firmness and a mediating approach;
• Assist in preparing tutorials, announcements, and guidance documents;
• Support activities during live broadcasts and video recordings;
• Enter and organize information on specific platforms, such as attendance lists, links, and reports;
• Encourage learner participation and responses to surveys and forms;
• Participate in meetings and internal training sessions, contributing suggestions and best practices.
