About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process data of prospective and selected candidates for postgraduate courses;
Process data from administrative databases to organize reference datasets for the work of the Operations and Implementation Management;
Process data on active and canceled enrollments to feed monitoring databases reported to Data Analytics Management;
Support the planning of data collection;
Perform routine data processing ensuring standardization and clear presentation of information when necessary;
Support customer service and operations teams by preparing datasets as required;
Create information management deliverables such as reports, charts, infographics, and dashboards;
Present and clearly communicate relevant insights derived from analyses.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
Advanced Microsoft Excel.
