About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Attend synchronous classes, supporting instructors and learners;
Moderate the chat with active listening, filtering, organizing, and prioritizing questions without disrupting the flow of the class;
Provide first-level technical support to learners, receiving requests and directing them appropriately;
Establish and reinforce classroom conduct agreements with respectful firmness and a mediating approach;
Assist in preparing tutorials, announcements, and guidance documents;
Support activities during live broadcasts and video recordings;
Enter and organize information on specific platforms, such as attendance lists, links, and reports;
Encourage learner participation and responses to surveys and forms;
Participate in meetings and internal training sessions, contributing suggestions and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a degree in Pedagogy or a teacher training/licensure program;
Familiarity with digital learning tools (Padlet, Mentimeter, Kahoot, and others);
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);
Proficiency in Portuguese, with strong written skills and clear communication.
