Refine the overall marketing strategy for 2026 aligned with business objectives
Provide strategic counsel to Co-CEOs on marketing initiatives and market positioning
Identify new market opportunities and growth channels
Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistent brand messaging
Conduct comprehensive review of current marketing activities and performance
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Develop recommendations for marketing process improvements
Provide mentorship and strategic direction to the marketing team - a team of 4 (Senior Marketing Exec (taking over some of responsibilities from the current Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, Designer)
Monitor key marketing metrics and KPIs
Provide monthly strategic reports to senior leadership
Requirements
Strategic planning: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
Leadership: Experience working with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
Fractional experience: Previous experience in interim, fractional, or consultancy CMO roles preferred
