About the role
- Lead and manage a global marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
- Develop and oversee the global marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets
- Own and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI across initiatives
- Drive lead generation programs to support sales pipelines across all regions
- Lead product marketing efforts, including positioning, messaging, launch strategies, and enablement materials for sales teams
- Collaborate closely with local GTM leadership teams in all key regions to adapt global strategies to regional needs and market dynamics
- Measure, report, and optimize marketing performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in senior marketing leadership roles, preferably in a global B2B environment
- Strong experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI on marketing initiatives
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, product marketing, and GTM strategy execution
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Ability to think strategically while executing operationally with precision
- Experience working closely with sales leadership and GTM teams across multiple regions
