About the role

  • Coordinate sample management, pre- and post-shoot production, and the asset approval process
  • Collation of QR Codes & URLs for content
  • Support briefing of Sparks Campaigns & Shoots and create trackers/briefs
  • Attend weekly check-ins and liaise with Marketing, Buying, Merchandising and Production stakeholders to source accurate product information
  • Ensure critical path deadlines are adhered to throughout the production process
  • Maintain storage space and manage deliveries, sample packing and post-shoot organisation
  • Supply select packs to Art Buyers and asset packs (including AV) for final approvals
  • Support Social & Marketing teams to approve content as needed
  • Translate M&S Marketing vision into detailed line-by-line briefs for the ITG agency Production team to follow

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills; confident liaising with stakeholders at various seniorities across ITG & M&S
  • Organised with interest in processes, efficiencies and smarter working
  • Proactive and collaborative team player
  • Quick learner
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Shoot / Retail experience and understanding of shoots, sample management and production would be an asset
  • Customer service focused; experience working alongside clients and delivering to deadlines
