About the role
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle R2R solutions, including GL (with Intercompany), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Fusion Accounting Hub.
- Lead R2R workstreams throughout project lifecycles: discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
- Partner with operational support counterparts to ensure seamless handoffs, alignment on system feedback, and collaboration on enhancements.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable system solutions.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality, timely results.
- Build trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Drive R2R process improvements that enhance reporting, reconciliation, and period-closing cycles.
- Monitor Oracle Cloud ERP feature releases and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/automation, for relevance to R2R optimization.
- Promote organizational learning through internal knowledge-sharing sessions and enablement initiatives.
- Mentor junior analysts and project team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Contribute to discussions on Oracle security and access design, and partner to align project activities with audit and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud, including hands-on experience with GL, FA, and Cash Management.
- 3+ years in Oracle Fusion.
- Strong understanding of accounting processes, close cycles, and subledger-to-GL data flows.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with operational support teams and integrate feedback into project design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process modeling skills.
- Oracle Financials Cloud: General Ledger Certified Implementation Professional certification (preferred).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in global, agile delivery environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with automation, AI capabilities, or advanced reporting solutions that enhance R2R processes (preferred).
